The trial unlocks the full Unlimited Plan feature set for 14 days, no credit card. When it ends, you simply choose to continue on the Free Plan or subscribe to the Unlimited Plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Unlimited Plan
Priced per seat
An Unlimited Plan subscription requires at least one seat at $24.95/mo, assigned to the account admin. Each seat is purchased and renews monthly or annually (annual saves 20%), and renews automatically until you cancel.

The Unlimited Plan starts with one seat at $24.95/mo, assigned to the account admin. To add providers, the admin purchases additional seats and assigns each one to a staff member. Every seat is billed on the same monthly or annual cycle.

AI Progress Notes
Credit-based
AI Progress Notes run on credits: one credit per recorded session. Every account starts with 5 free credits. When those are used, the admin can purchase additional credit bundles, and unused credits stay on your account.
HIPAA Fax
Add-on fax plans
HIPAA Fax is an admin-activated add-on. A free Starter tier includes 30 pages per month, send only. Paid fax plans add higher monthly page volume and the ability to receive faxes. Choose the tier that fits your practice.
Both add-ons are activated by the account admin, and appear on your invoices as separate line items.

No. Both the Free Plan and the 14-day trial start with no credit card. You only add billing details when you choose the Unlimited Plan.
The Unlimited Plan requires at least one seat at $24.95/mo, which is assigned to the account admin. To add providers, the admin purchases additional seats and assigns each to a staff member. Seats are not simply included; each one is purchased and renews with your subscription, monthly or annually.
Each account includes 5 free credits, and each recorded session uses one credit. After the free credits are used, the admin can buy additional credit bundles. You are only charged for notes you actually generate.
Fax is a separate add-on. You can activate a free Starter tier (30 pages per month, send only) at no cost, or choose a paid fax plan for higher volume and to receive faxes. Only the admin can activate or change fax plans.
When you add a seat partway through a billing period, it is charged a prorated amount for the time remaining in the current renewal. On your next renewal date, every seat is then billed at full price on the same cycle, so all of your licenses line up.
Yes. You can move to annual billing at any time to save 20%, and change plans from your subscription settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
The admin can download paid invoices any time from the subscription area. Add-ons like AI credits and fax plans appear as separate line items.
