Can HIPAA LINK integrate with TherapyNotes?

The unfortunate short answer is, no. TherapyNotes was not designed to integrate with 3rd party telehealth platforms because they offer their own built-in Telehealth service. In addition to their monthly subscriptions costs, TherapyNotes charges an additional $20/mo/clinician if you want to enable Telehealth for your practice. There are no “known” workarounds to using another service like HIPAA LINK, except to use a different notification service to send email/sms/phone reminders.
