No recording by default
Sessions are never recorded unless you launch the optional AI Notes feature. Even then, only audio is captured to generate a note, with no video recording and no session to play back.
Not an EMR
HIPAA LINK does not store your clinical records. Notes are yours to review and copy into the system you already use.
No selling of data
Your data and your clients' data are never sold or used for advertising. They are used only to provide the service.
